ABOUT THE HOSPITAThe hospita is a friendly man in his late fifties who loves to travel, especially to Switzerland and South America. He is often away from home (± 50% of the time), providing you with ample privacy. His family (does not live there) is very involved and enjoys visiting occasionally. The landlord values good communication and cleanliness in his home and expects the same from his tenant. The hospita has no dietary restrictions but prefers shoes to be removed inside the house. The neighbor’s children sometimes visit the garden to watch the fish in the pond through an opening in the garden fence, so they won’t disturb you or enter the house.
